Roman soup for a cold dayStracciatella is a typical Roman soup. Very easy to make and yet tasty!

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1.5 lt of meat stock.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 4 spoons of semolina.
  • 70 gr of Parmesan cheese.
  • nutmeg, salt.

How to: 

  • Bring the stock to boil; in a bowl beat the eggs adding parmesan, salt, nutmeg, semolina.
  • Add everything to the boiling stock. Stir for 5 minutes and serve it with additional Parmesan cheese.
