Ingredients for 4 people
- 1.5 lt of meat stock.
- 4 eggs.
- 4 spoons of semolina.
- 70 gr of Parmesan cheese.
- nutmeg, salt.
- Bring the stock to boil; in a bowl beat the eggs adding parmesan, salt, nutmeg, semolina.
- Add everything to the boiling stock. Stir for 5 minutes and serve it with additional Parmesan cheese.
