Mini Breads with Shrimps & Zucchini

Ingredients for 4 people

  1. White bread (8 slices)
  2. 250 gr of shrimps
  3. 2 zucchini
  4. Olive oil, salt, pepper, chilly flakes

  1. Cut the bread slices in four and set it to toast in the oven (at about 180 degrees) for 10 minutes
  2. In a frying pan, heat up 2/3 spoons of olive oil and add the shrimps
  3. Stir and after 10 minutes (if they dry out, add a little bit of white wine) grate (or cut) the zucchini in the same frying pan and keep stirring for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt, pepper, chilly flakes and stir again
  5. Put the shrimps and the zucchini on top of the toasted bread
